Silver General Cleaning Package Our comprehensive silver general cleaning package ensures a spotless and refreshed space, covering all essential areas of your home or business. 🏡 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living Room & Common Areas: ✔ Trash Removal: Empty all bins and replace liners. ✔ Surfaces & Dusting: Dust and wipe down countertops, shelves, tables, and furniture tops. ✔ Floors: Vacuum all carpets and rugs, mop hard floors for a streak-free finish. ✔ Skirting Boards: Dust skirting boards. ✔ Cobweb Removal: Check and remove cobwebs from corners. ✔ Windows & Ledges: Wipe down window sills and ledges for a dirt free look. ✔ Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize sinks, wipe down stovetops, and spot-clean kitchen appliances. ✔ Electronics: Gently wipe over TV tops, monitors tops, and other electronic surfaces to remove dust and fingerprints. 🚿 Bathrooms: ✔ Toilet Deep Clean: Scrub and disinfect inside and outside of toilets, including the base and behind. ✔ Sink & Countertops: Wipe down and sanitize sinks, faucets, and vanity tops. ✔ Shower & Bathtub: Scrub and rinse bathtubs, showers, and glass screens to remove soap scum and residue. ✔ Mirrors & Fixtures: Polish mirrors and wipe down bathroom fixtures. ✔ Floors: Vacuum and mop for a sparkling finish. ✅ What We Provide: We bring all cleaning equipment and high-quality products, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for all services. For services over $350, a 70% deposit is required. All deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before your scheduled clean. Remaining balance due on the day of service. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee, covered by the non-refundable deposit. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. 3. Access to Property Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property. If the cleaner is locked out or access is not provided within 15 minutes, the service will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced keys, including unsecured hidden keys. 4. Pets, Children & Supervision We are not responsible for the supervision or care of pets, children, or any other persons. Ensure pets are secured, and children are supervised. 5. Liability and Damage Claims for damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or improperly maintained items. 6. Health and Safety We may refuse to clean unsafe or hazardous areas, including those with bodily fluids, illegal substances, unsecured weapons, or aggressive animals. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Concerns about the service must be reported within 24 hours for a re-clean, provided the issue is within the scope of the original booking. 8. Flat-Rate and Fair Use Policy Flat-rate packages are based on standard conditions. If the workload exceeds normal expectations, pricing or service scope may be adjusted. 9. Late Payments Invoices not paid within 48 hours post-service may incur a late fee. Repeated late payments may result in refusal of future services. 10. Recurring Bookings Clients booking recurring services must commit to a minimum of two cleans. Cancelling or skipping without sufficient notice may incur a fee. 11. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, illness, or emergencies. By booking with Steph's Glowing Cleans, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may change without notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version.
